Cul de Sac: Coatbridge’s newest and trendiest bar has opened its doors and it brings with it a touch of the classy Merchant City at affordable prices.

24 St John Street has had many guises over the past ten years. However, following the closure of “Enigma” the space has never been able to recapture that former glory that had the residents of Coatbridge and Airdrie coming to the place in their droves.

Fast forward to December 2009 and the bar has been given a new lease of life.
Fresh from running some of the most popular bars and clubs in Glasgow and Edinburgh, Brian Timmons and Karen Pearson joined forces to take over the derelict space, renovating and reconstructing the bar from top to bottom. The bar is now back in working order and it’s better than EVER before.
